Here are our images for the approved Clergy Court scheme for Blackburn. Designed by Purcell architects, this £7m suite of domestic buildings for the Cathedral Clergy is the final part of the £33m regeneration of Blackburn’s Cathedral Quarter. Construction has started and is due for completion in Autumn 2015.
